Chef James is the heart behind Comida Co. With deep roots in Texas Southern, Mexican, and Asian cuisine, they craft meals that are bold, thoughtful, and rooted in community. From fresh linens to fusion street-food pop ups, lunch rooms, to banquet halls, he cooks with heart—and a whole lot of hustle. Oh ya, Chef Josh is around here somewhere..
